Beginning dump of physical memory

This is the message i get, whenever playing games.
What could cause this? Invalid or broken memory module?

computer:
motherboard ABIT NF7
AMD Athlonxp 3000+
512ddr400
win2000 pro
xfx gf4 ti 4800SE
TWIA300b pci dsl modem
300W powersupply(could this cause a problem? is it too
weak supply for 1 HDD + DVD drive + cd-writer +
components listed above?)

I had the same trouble once. try fiddling about with the hdd cable, check that all the cables are in tightly.
