Memory dump blue screen

Intermittantly, I get a blue screen and the message:
"beginning dump of physical memory"

Is this a virus?
What can cause this?
What can I do to rectify the problem?

Could you please post the Stop Code that accompanies the BSOD? With that
the problem could be isolated.
