Memory access violation - Help??????

I get the following message on one of my computers (running
Win2000).
"memory access violation in module kernel32 at 3711:75646539"
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix it????

Although it could have other causes, this is one of the symptoms of
infection by the Swen virus, which was extremely active recently. See
your antivirus vendor's web site for information and a removal tool (or
instructions); or just go here:
