Meida Center Problem with 360 HELP!!!

I just got Vista and it works great, but....

I connected my 360 through media center a a few days ago and it all worked
fine but I noticed that my signal strength through my wireless network was
very week. So i purchased a Linksys Range Extender and that really boosted my
signal strength however now the Xbox will not connect back through Media
Center. I removed it and tried to add it again but no luck. Is it just not
possible to go through the extender for the Xbox?? My Xbox 360 is wired into
the back of my wireless router and my computer is wireless in the other
room.....

Can anyone help??

Maybe, but that's the wrong Newsgroup. This newsgroup addresses .NET
