Meeting requests from another company

We are trying to receive meeting requests from an outside company. We use
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, they use Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000/XP.
When they send us a meeting request we receive it as plain text - there are
no accept/decline buttons in the mail to click. What settings should we
investigate or change to allow these dynamic buttons to appear in the
messages? Thanks.

As far as I know you have to be in the same domain for this to work. But you
can ask in the Exchange forum to be sure.
