Meeting minutes template

I've been asked to hold weekly meetings with 1 person to ascertain what
they've done week by week and I need a template to document them. I've looked
at the standard ones and nothing seems to fit. It needs to be updatable, ie
some projects are ongoing so will need to be updated weekly, and some
projects are new. Any ideas? I am using Word97.

If standard minutes templates don't suit, then how could we be expected to
have "ideas" based on the little information you've given us? You need to
create your own template to suit your specific needs.
