When i recieve a meeting invite it appears as text only and doesn't give me
the option to accept or decline it. I'm using 2007.

You outlook profile is most likely corrupted at one of the various portions.

Start by locating the frmcache.dat and deleting it (outlook must be closed).
If that fails, use the mail control panel, remove the profile in there as
well as:
Delete the contents of c:\documents and settings\<profile name>\application
data\microsoft\outlook
Delete the outlook.box in c:\documents and settings\<profile
name>\application data\microsoft\forms
Delete the contents of c:\documents and settings\<profile name>\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook
Delete the contents of c:\documents and settings\<profile name>\local
settings\application data\microsoft\forms

Now create your new outlook profile. If you're in an exchange environment,
you will need the server name which you can copy out of your current outlook
client at: Tools -> E-mail Settings -> Next -> Change -> see server name.

If it's IMO (Internet Mail Only), then you need all your pop and smtp info
for your account (unlikely to be IMO I would have thought)

Good luck.
