Meeting Invitation Issue

When I receive a meeting invitation, it is converted into a regular email
message. When I double-click it, I cannot Accept or Reject the invitation.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

it's getting converted to a plain text format. Are you using Exchange and if
so, is it coming from someone on your server?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, we are using Exchange, and yes, it is coming
from someone on our server. The difference between the two users is:

- Majority of users connect to Terminal Server (Windows Server 2003) using
thin client (Outlook 2003). These users have no problems when sending
invites to one another
- The user receiving the calendar item as text uses a stand-alone PC running
Windows XP (Outlook 2002). His email connects to the Exchange as all other
users

I found a work-around which was to create a calendar item, while in the
item, go up into Actions > Forward as iCalendar. This attaches the item.
The user double clicks it and accepts. Do you know if this is the only way?
