Medium alert after scan.

Shows one alert after each scan though I have done two scans back to back. I
click remove and it removes it until the next scan is completed. I ran a scan
with spy sweeper immediately after the defender scan. I did not remove the
alert shown on defender and spy sweeper came up clean. Spy-bot came up clean
also.

What are spyware signatures and what is their function????

I don't understand what the alert really says, from this post.

Spyware signatures, (I believe the intent is to call these definitions) are
a set of definitions, regularly updated, that are one factor used to detect
spyware. You can see the date and version number of the currente
definitions for Windows Defender in the last line on the home page.
