media player

Hi! i have a problem with my media player..when i double click on a mpg file
it opens media player but does not automatically start playing the file
anyway when i open the file from the media player and click play then it
plays the file...What can i do? Thanks in advance

Post this to the windowsmedia.player as well, but try resetting the file
types for the player to defaults again.
