MEDIA PLAYER WON'T COPY

Hi

Having trouble with windows media, copies to library, but then won't copy to
disc. Have an error number C00D11CD, have'nt a clue. Downloaded Divx
software, wondered if this has altered anything, or whether its purely just
a simple setting to change.
