Media Player 9 is no longer my default player

When I go to My Computer to view my media files, they have Real One Player
icons. When I double click one of the files, Real One Player opens up and
plays the file. The files used to have WMP icons and WMP9 would open up
whenever I would double-click on a media file. How can I correct this?

Open Real One, click the TOOLS menu and choose PREFERENCES. Click the
Media Types branch of the file tree at the left. In that list, UNcheck
the file types that you do not want R.O. to handle.

If necessary, perform a similar operation in WMPlayer, and CHECKmark the
file type that you want it to play.
