Media Library WMP9

Hello,
Any music files I DL from the internet will not store in
media library or else I don't know how to call them
up..Off CDS it seems to work!!...I do have the player box
checked under options which says to add music to music
library when played..Any takers here?...Thanks...Nick

What file extension do they have? Does using WMP's Tools:Search for Media
Files add them?

I don't see a file extension..How do I?..WMP's Tools:Search for Media Files
doesn't find them..I just don't believe they are going to the media library
at all

WMP won't add files that don't have a file extension.

Go to Explorer, go to Tools:Folder Options, and the View tab. Turn off
"Hide extensions for known file types" for now - you can turn it back on
later. What file extension are the files in question?
