Media file Insert

FP 2003 . I have a 50 meg WMV file that i need to upload to my web site but
unsure on the most efficient way of doing this step. Could some one guide me
on the do's and dont's regarding media file uploads?

Use FTP. You do realize users may not wait for it to download to view it.

Not familiar with FTP. Once a user enters the web site the media will run so
dependant on the file size the wait can be long....correct? What other
options on video files are there?

Search for CuteFTP or WS_FTP these are both 3rd Party FTP applications, and then check with your web
host to see if you have FTP access to your web site.

A user is not going to wait for a 50 MB file to download when they first enter your site, you need
to create a link to the file, so that they start the download, with a note about how long it will
take to download and then start to play.
