Media Center Screen size

When in full screen I cannot make it smaller without the top of page being
off the screen. Unable to drag and drop. Can enlarge or reduce but top is off
the screen. Note: this occurs only in media center.

Did you follow all of the Media Center set up screens when you first started
Media Center? There are settings in that process to configure your screen.
Go to Tasks on the stupid up/down menu and then to Settings on the stupid
side-to-side menu in Media Center.
