Media Center quits

Media center once worked but now it quits as soon as I start it, sometimes it
gets to the main screen then when I make a selection or click on anything it
quits with the message. "Windows media center has stoped working" It never
comes up with a solution to the problem. Also, a message about "Windows
media center store update manager stoped working" pops up a few times daily.
I am running Vista home Premium with a 8800GTX. This is a copy of one of the
event logs. Maybe there is a way to reinstall only media center? Thank you.

I find that Media Centre crashes a lot on a fresh installation of Vista, but
it is much better once you have used Windows Update. It is much more stable
than it was a few months ago. Are you sure that you have all updates?
