Hello!

I'm not so used to visual basic.net that's way I ask this question.
I just wonder when somebody is going to do a 70-536 certifiering could there
be visual basic code in some of the questions in the exam.

I haven't done any Microsoft Certification for 7 or 8 years, but for the
..NET certification, it used to be that you could choose to take the test
either in VB.NET or C#.

If that's no longer an option (or not applicable to this test), then it
stands to reason that there will be VB.NET code (I don't think MS will
leave the VB.NET population with the same question, but then for C#,
standing in the cold).

As an aside, and IMHO, I think that any .NET programmer taking an (MS)
exam, should be at least able to *read, comprehend, and understand* both
languages when presented with code (I'd like to generalize it further,
but let's stick with MS & .NET for now ;) ).

Hi Tony

Don't worry...

When you enter the test-center at start up the test software platform, your
are guided into the actual test, where the absolut first question to you is
wether you want to proceede with VB or C#. Just to be sure, i would state
that when i book the test, just in case the procedure in your test-center is
different than in the one i took the 70536 / 70-561. Both started asking me
my language preference and i expect, that when i take the 70-505 sometime in
august, there will be the same question preseeding the actual test...

Thanks very much. That was the answer that I had expected to get.
