"Your security settings will not allow you to download Site
Advisor". LOL! Yer damn right they won't!!! And they aren't
about to get lowered.

I did not know about Site Advisor until after McAfee bought it. I do not
like nor use McAfee but I think Site Advisor is a useful addition to the
armoury. Using Internet Explorer I occasionally get the same "Your security
settings....." message. I have no idea what settings produce this message
and have been unable to find out. I just ignore it, and download with
Netscape or Firefox. Unless Site Advisor advises against it!!!

I tried the IE version using IE on highest security for the internet
zone, which is the only way I'll use IE except for trusted sites.

I just find it humorously ironic whenever security related products
ask you to pull your pants down and bend over :) It's like those
online antivirus scan sites that require IE at the very lowest
security setting. Then people forget afterward that their browser is
now wide open for web site malware installations, and they take
hits.

We were using Site Advisor before McAfee got a hold of it. Seems
very informative but I've been keeping a closer eye on it now that
it belongs to McAfee.

My wife leaves Red sites and checks with me first if she wants to
wander around a Yellow site.
