McAfee Security Center

My new computer has a complimentary subscription for McAfee Virus and Firewall.
I downloaded and have the three icons on the desktop and am able to access
the Virus and Firewall Icons but the McAfee Security Center will not open.
Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks

For one, its NOT an XP problem. It;s a McAfee problem.
