McAfee EPO Missing Man!

Hello,

Following an upgrade to EPO Server 3.6.0 I have deployed the agent that
comes with the server i.e. Agent 3.5.0. The agent is configured to be
shown from the EPO console. The agent.ini correctly states that the
agent is set to be shown

The registry is correctly configured with the RUN key set correctly
"C:\Program Files\McAfee\Common Framework\UpdaterUI.exe"
/StartedFromRunKey

However the UI is not shown. Its not hiding because I can run the EXE
from Explorer no problems. The agent log reports the following when run
from Windows Explorer. If I set SHOWUI=0 then the agent again runs fine
(but is hidden as expected)

Its like it not bothered about starting if its running at
login......... this has been driving me nuts!
Any ideas? Is this a bug in 3.5.0?
