MBSA Causes Server Service to crash.

Here is a scary one: I ran MSBA on a Win2k Server SP4. If I scan the server
no problem. If I scan machine on the network: The server service has
unexpectedly terminated. Status code 128.

Shuts the computer down and restarts it.

What caused that? How can I prevent it?

This issue has been bugged.

The bug number is Windows SE 48107.

Please contact Microsoft and request this hotfix. This has been labeled as
a Private fix.

Center on 19 January 2004.
