Maybe this can't be done

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me. On my Windows
XP Home have two accounts. One for me, and that account
is the administrator and another for my 14 year old
daughter which is setup as a limited user account. My
account is password protected and hers is not. Sometimes
my daugher is on the computer when i am not around. I
don't mind her being on the internet (well i do but i
guess i have to give in a little) when i am not around
but i have a problem with her being on MSN messenger when
i am not around.

Is there anyway i can prevent my daugher from using Msn
Messenger when i am not around. For example i was hoping
i could limit her to only using the internet and other
programs that are on the local drive when i wasn't there.

Is this possible within Windows Xp or do i have to obtain
some sort of 3rd party software

Thanks for all advice
