Maybe it's virus!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
some times when I open one of office2000 family program
for example Excel or outlook it starts typing some word
for example "We are not a man ...." or "I feel..." it's
random words.First I thought it is Virus then I scanned
computer by Norton but there wasn't.Some times it is
normal and there are not problems.I think it's about
windows not about office!!!!
Could you please help me?

Have you done any scans for malware on your system? If not, try scanning
your system with Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-aware, HijackThis!, etc. Do
make sure to get the most recent updates prior to doing a full system scan.

If you have an old version of Norton, update it _now_. If it's been over
a year since you bought your computer, you will have to pay, but it's
worth it.

And certainly get sypware/adware sniffers as recommended by Tony
Talmage. It's best to get two or three, as each has its strengths and
weaknesses. Run them regularly.

I would add a recommendation that you get a firewall. I use ZoneAlarm
Pro, plus the firewall in the router. That seems to protect me pretty
thoroughly -- no infestations in ovre a year.
