Maximum number of Rules ?

I have a user who is trying to add rules to his Outlook and gets a message"
maximum number of rules have been set. 22 are set and 18 will not set." Is
there an option ineither Outlook or Exchange that limits the number of rules?

no, you can't raise it - the limit is 32 kb.
