maximising windows

hi, how can i set Explorer so everytime i open a new
window it is maximised? everytime i right click on a link
and click 'open in new window' i have to click on
maximise. it's a real pain and i'm sure there must be a
simple answer for it. By the way, i don't mean full
screen. I mean just maximised with all the toolbars.

Hope someone can help!

Sam,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
