Maximising browser.

I have Windows XP,and recently i've noticed,that when i
open Internet explorer,,and i go to surf the web,,,i
can't seem to open my second browser window to
maximise!,It always opens minimised!how can i fix this?

Minimized on the taskbar? If so, right-click on it and choose RESTORE.
If that choice is not available, then it's already in that mode...

Press <alt-spacebar>, then the M key. Use the arrows to move the window
onto the screen.
When it's where you want it, press <enter>. If the arrows do nothing,
press NUMlock first.
