Max Network Connections

Does anyone reading this newsgroup know how to set the
maximum number of network connections using Windows XP
Professional? I keep getting a network error regarding
the maximum number of network connections has been
reached for "computer ..." so if I can raise the max
number, it may take care of my problems.

Thanks in advance for your replies,

If you upgrade from XP home to XP professional, it keeps
the original max of 5 users..... solution is to edit the
registry... dont ask me how, I made a high priced tech do
it!

I'm sorry, but XP Professional allows a maximum of 10 other computers
to connect to its shared resources simultaneously, and there's no way
to change the limit. For more simultaneous connections, you need a
server operating system.
