Mass Enabling File and Printer Sharing

I have a client whose program does not work unless they have File and Print
Sharing enabled on XP SP2. It seems by default it is off. How do we go
about enabling through either a GPO or a command line script

It is a protocol that must be installed. The Windows XP CD-ROM may be
necessary. You can't just enable it. It must be installed.

It has information on how to use snetcfg.exe to enable File and Print
Sharing. You can apply this to a one time use login script to mass
enable it...
