Masking email addresses in a link

I would like to mask email addresses in a mailto link on
my website, can this be done? I would just like the mail
recipients name to show when the email client opens.

here's the one I use:
http://automaticlabs.com/products/enkoderform

word to the wise;
paste this encoded email link on a blank page in FrontPage and name that
page something that will remind you what it is.
then when you want to put the link on a "regular" page use FrontPage's
include content feature;
insert/ web component/ included content/ page and browse to the page you
pasted the email link into.

doing it this way will ease maintenance greatly.
