Mark Parition as Active problem

In administrative tools/computer management/storage/disk management, i
accidentally clicked on Mark Parition as Active. Before I did that, it was
only Healthy, but now it shows up as Healthy (Active). It has been causing
problems for me. Is there any way to take unmark it as active?

here's a screen shot of it, im bad at explaining things.

If it is a second drive, it should cause no trouble. If it is your main
drive, you have told the BIOS when booting to boot that partition rather
than the one it ought to. This is a flag, separate on each drive, to
say 'I'm the one to boot from'

Easiest is to get a Win98 startup floppy, boot it and run
FDISK
In that there is a Set Active which you can use to put the setting back
on the right partition
