Margins displayed differently on various computers

When I email my resume to other users to view, the margins are off (text that
is on the right side of the page gets pushed to the next line even though I
put my right margin back to the default, the page break I created works for
one user who opened the document with a PC but did not display correct for a
user who opened it with a mac - it created an extra blank page for her.) How
can I assure that what I see is what others will always see when they open my
document?

Do I need to put this in a table, and is there an easy way to do it when, as
do most resumes, it has text on the left, right, bullets underneath, etc.?
Thanks!

Hi jsadtler,

Because Word gets page layout information from the user's printer driver, there is always the prospect of page layouts changing from
one PC to the next. If you need to make sure this doesn;t happen, you should convert the document to PDF format and send the PDF.
That, of course, also means the recipient is unlikely to be able to edit the document.
