Marcos, Browser or plug ins ?

hello
I been browsing sites in South America
and some sites tell me,
this page uses Marcos and my Explorer does not admite
I Google and I can't really figure out what it is,
an Internet Browser or Plug ins for a Browser
any best site for download? free at that
My Vista has IE7 also have Firefox

"Marcos" means frames.

Are you talking Imelda Marcos or her husband Ferdinand Marcos? They were in
the Philippines not South America. Maybe you should redirect your browser.
