Mapped Drives

My shared drive labels always come up as share on 'servername'. I use a batch
file login script that does a NET USE x: \\server\share. Now I am using an
application that requires a specific drive label and the 'on servername' part
is blowing it up. Any ideas how to just label a drive with it's share name?

It is not clear from your post where exactly this application
gets the drive details from. Does it extract them from
Explorer? If so, how? Does it extract them from a Command
Shell? If so, how?
