I am getting the following message when attempting to use
Outlook: "Unable to open your default mail folders. An
unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load
the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure service is
correctly installed and configured".

This happened after I upgraded my Office 2000 version of
Outlook to Outlook 2002. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Office 2000 completely but I am still
getting the same error.

Any suggestions?
