map in outlook 2003

I am using mapi to send somany emails in organaization. So far it is
working very fine with netscape
.. we moved to exchange server and outlook 2003. But when we send emails
now the outlook
now prompts user to click yes to send email (new sec. feature in 2003).
How do we byepass this. We send lots
of emails thru mapi in our company.

There are no workarounds if you are using Simple MAPI with Outlook. Other
