Map a drive to remote computer

I am trying to map a drive from one network (2.32.0.129) to another
network(1.32.0.132), I am able to ping each way, but can not map a drive or
see it in my network places. I have enabled sharing on the PC that I want to
map, the shared name being C When trying to map I get "network path not
found". This is a T1 connection point to point. If I can ping what is the
problem. I am using the same network group, no domain name. I am using
\\1.32.0.132\c$ to map.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

I have had a simular issue it turned out to be the third party Software
Firewall
stopping it from connecting.
