Manually Start Desktop cleanup wizard?

J

Joe Lee

I'm trying to manually start the desktop cleanup wizard and can't
figure out how to get it going. Please note that the desktop tab is
missing when I right click on my desktop. Also the run command is
missing from the start menu. Is there a way to start the wizard by
clicking on an executable in the Windows folder? I have admin
privlidges and am just looking for a simple way to start the wizard
without making any changes to the group policy. Any ideas? Thanks in
advance for any help.

Open the Command Prompt and type: cleanmgr.exe
and hit Enter.

Hi Joe,
Why?,would you like to do Desktop Cleanup, without warying about the Missing
Menus, you should do Virus Scan First, may be Your System catch some
unwellcomed Visitor, and Scan for Adware too, after this you can make cleanup
and restore for the Missing Menus, Try this Scan Tool and see what you can
Catch,
