Is there a way to compose messages in HTML in Outlook
2003 manually.
I would like to type in HTML tags so that for instance,
pictures do not have to be sent as attachments.
When I compose a message in HTML mode any pictures are
added as attachments.
When I add HTML tags in plain text mode, the tags are
displayed in the actual message, even when the receiving
email client is set to accept HTML mail.
Thank you.
