manual approval to send attachments instead of full time blocking

Instead of fulltime blocking of mail attachments, why not let us send
attachments in a way that would require a manual approval of blocked
attachments. This is frustrating when I can not send a "LINK" to website I am
viewing without "outlook" blocking the link to the page I am viewing.
IE6 is set to let us send a "LINK" when we view a web page,,,,,but you turn
around and restrict outlook from doing so??????? Double standards,,,,,the
Horse before the cart??????, or the blind leading the blind??????
I do not know but you offer a way to do it then create another program to
block what you have already provided a way to do so.

JUST PONDEROUS??

Actually, the behavior you want is exactly what Outlook does now. It never blocks outgoing files. It only warns you.
