Management regime for Outlook?

Can someone point me at a good account of how best to manage mail and
mailboxes in Outlook. I generally use OE and find plenty of advice in those
columns on managing OE boxes/compaction pitfalls etc, but can't immediately
find a similar account of how this should best be done in Outlook - the
object being to pass on the info to someone with a bulging Outlook inbox and
a fear of upsetting it by changing anything...
