manage email for two distinct business ventures

I have separate internet-based email addresses for two different business
ventures and an email address for personal emails which can be forwarded to
any account. Should I manage all three of these within one Outlook program?
If so, how do I set it up so that the From address and the Reply To address
represent the correct business venture? I want to make sure that these
businesses are kept distinct so that people who receive or reply to an email
about one business do not see the name and email address of the other
business.

I am using Outlook 2003, but am not using an Exchange server.

Thank you for your help.

If I were in your shoes, I'd use a separate mail profile for each account.
That will keep them completely distinct.
