Makro in Outlook

I write many mails with almost the same text.

I have a urgent need to have keyboard assignments for say 10 shunks of text.
Let´s say i press "alt+u" then the makro will write:

I´m sorry but your offer doesn´t stand upp to our expektations yaddiyaddiidyadd. Have a nice life"

Then i can ad them when i need them in a simpel way.

I do it in Word 2003 all the time, but i cant solve how to do it in Outlook 2003.

Can it be done? If so how?
