Making Winmail default

When browsing my pictures and hitting the "Email" button, I get Outlook
loaded and I want to send my emails through Winmail as I don't like or use
outlook. I've searched and changed every default setting I can find for
winmail, but everytime I hit email, outlook pops up. Can anyone help?

Try Control Panel / Default Programs
