Making Week View the Permament Calendar View

Does anyone know how to customise Outlook 2003 so that after setting the
'Current view' to a week view this can remain as the standard view? At the
moment, once you set this initially, clicking on any other date in the
calendar ion the navigation panel reverts to a single day view, which is VERY
frustrating!

By clicking a date (thus selecting it) in the Date Navigator, you are
instructing Outlook to switch to the Day view.

In the Date Navigator, click the first day you want to view in the display
and drag the mouse to the last day.
