making simultaneous appointments at the same time

We have a calendar that we would like to create. We want to track
appointments and events on this calendar for 12 employees. The question is:
what if all 12 employee's have an appointment setup for 1pm - 3pm , same day.
Will Outlook be able to do this? If not, what should we do?

Outlook can store it, but not display that many appointments at one time in
day/week/month view. You'd have to filter some out.
