Make the discs. Or contact your computer manufacturer to ask them how to

So make the disks, label them, and put them in a safe place.

I've never seen such a message on my Compaq notebook. Of course I made
the recovery disks the day after I bought the computer. As others have
suggested, you really should do the same.
