Making programs auto run for all users

Can anyone tell me how to make a program that I downloaded automatically run
for all the users on my computer when they log in on windows xp? I
downloaded it while logged in under my name, and it always starts up when I
log in, however when my husband logs in under his name, it doesn't start up,
although you can access it and turn it on manually. It is an anti spyware
program and I would like it to startup automatically when the kids log in on
their accounts.

As far as I know, you can add the shortcut of the programme manually to
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder

Nicole,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE...RUN applies for all user profiles. Similarly the All users - Startup folder.

How to manage Windows Startup?:
