Making folders in "Insert File" alphabetical in OL 03?

I use OL 2003 for my email and get irritated at times when I go to insert a
file and find that the folders are not in alphabetical order. As a result
of the disarray, it is often hard to find the folder I am looking for. Can
someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I would expect Outlook to remember the sort but it might be that Windows is
changing the sort order.
There is no Outlook setting to control this.
