Making a searchable sign language video dictionary

I am trying to experiment with WMV . Is there any way I can make a movie with
clips that can be sorted or searched? I dont know if I am asking too much of
this software. There is a great need for a dictionary for people who are
learning sign languages. I am making clips of specific words or phrases that
I have taken from signlanguage videos. Where do I go from here? Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I assume by WMV you mean WMM - movie maker.
This isn't possible.
The easiest way to do this would be to make each sign a seperate video and
allow people to choose this froma menu on a dvd.
The best but hardest way is to have a programme that allows you to edit the
VM code of a dvd that does allow search functions, check out DVD lab pro.
