Make your FAX program workable!

I have Windows XP Home edition. This is truly wonderful software, but why
are the fax *.cov files incompatable with *.doc? Why do I need a Ph.D. to
send and receive faxes? Why don't you ever include simple documentation to
explain what your programs do and how they work? Why is it that I can go to
a help file and be redirected to the very same help file? It's true Help
files don't. There is all kinds of useful stuff under "Documents and
Settings" but it's mostly invisible. Why can't I locate and organize my
templates, like I can organize other files? You make a fantastic product
that always ALMOST works. I can't even figure out what discussion group is
concerned with the fax program.
